How do I access my account?

Simply Login at www.travelflo.com using the Username and Password that you received when your account was initially opened.  If you do not have this information please call TravelFlo at 888-430-1615 and it will be emailed to you.

How do I earn these rewards?

You earn these rewards as a result of certain criteria established by a supplier that you do business with.  The vendor usually requires a certain payment method, a minimum amount of business and payment by a certain date.

Are these like air miles?

These are much better than air miles because they can be redeemed dollar for dollar towards travel and merchandise.  These rewards are typically earned at a higher rate than most air mile programs.

Can I use my rewards for car rental?

Yes, you can.  Since the rental car company requires the driver’s credit card when processing your rental, you simply rent the vehicle on your own and submit the receipt to TravelFlo for reimbursement.

Can your TravelFlo agents get me a better price than I can get on-line?

There is a strong perception that travel purchased on line is less expensive than purchasing through a travel agency which is not necessarily true.

The TravelFlo agents could very well get you a better price than you can on-line.  Since 2001 Topaz International has conducted comparative studies of corporate travel airfares between actual corporate travel agency booked itineraries and various public internet sites, including Orbitz, Expedia, Travelocity and airline direct websites. During the most recent results from 2006, Topaz found that business travel itineraries booked by a designated corporate travel agency averaged $75 less than the same itinerary booked on a public internet site, one of the largest margins since 2002.

I want to start earning rewards, can you sign me up?

No, you need to find a vendor that you do business with that offers the TravelFlo Rewards program.  TravelFlo would welcome the opportunity to present to any of your current vendors in hopes we can enroll them as a distributor of TravelFlo Rewards.

If the total for my travel and or merchandise is more than I have in my account can I pay the remaining balance?

TravelFlo will balance bill you any time your rewards balance is less than the travel or merchandise you are redeeming for.

Can I get a catalog?

Because catalogs become out dated in a short period of time and our merchandise offering is constantly changing we do not print an extra inventory of catalogs.  You can see our complete offer of 3000 merchandise items at www.travelflo.com .

Can I let my employees use my rewards account?

Yes, your rewards are transferable.  The only thing we ask is that you contact TravelFlo at 888-430-1615 and complete a Rewards Transfer Authorization Form via fax.
