I’m writing to express my sincere appreciation for and enjoyment with working with travel agent, Ronna. She has helped me twice over the past 3 months with international travel arrangements, and it has been a breeze. At times, I feel like I asked a lot from her, however, she was always pleasant and willing to get more information for me. Employees like Ronna seem hard to come by these days, with business being less personal due to phone and internet service. I truly appreciated Ronna’s caring and helpful attitude, and wanted to pass my comments on to you, her supervisor, for appropriate recognition. Thank you so much!

I really could not say enough good things about the benefits I enjoy from working with you, Jenny and the Travelflo staff along with the service you all provide. Certainly one of the primary reasons I continue to work with you is the economic value. I have compared overall prices on a number of occasions and your prices have been lower every time. Equally important to me personally, is the flexibility I receive from working with you. I could not count the number of times I have had to make spur of the moment trips and/or changes in my travel plans, especially in catastrophic situations like we've just experienced over the past two years with all the hurricanes. I have been able to call you at home and on your cell phone at all kinds of hours to assist me when flights were cancelled, etc, etc. Being able to call from my cell while still in transit has also been very, very helpful. Speed is another important benefit in working with you. I can call and tell you where I need to go and within a matter of minutes, I will get 2 - 3 options to choose from.

Last and certainly not least, is the overall attitude and customer service you provide. You are always so kind and patient with all the travel plans and numerous changes I have to make year in and year out.

 

Again, I could go on and on about what a tremendous aid and benefit you and the Travelflo staff are to me.
